Manage your self-talk by affirming positive thoughts. In your head, repeat;

Practice 3: Visualization
Mentally imagine yourself living your dream life. What does it look like? Who's there? What do you smell?. Spare no details, you will create what you visualize.
Practice 4: Exercise
Practice yoga, lift weights, go for a run or even a slow walk. Morning exercise boosts your energy levels and concentration.
Practice 5: Reading
What goals are you trying to achieve. Read books from others who have accomplished them. If you you would prefer, read anything that satisfies your interests and curiosity.
Practice 6: Scribing
